Concrete Curb & Gutter Replacement

Ace Paving undertook a comprehensive curb and gutter replacement project in Forest Park, Georgia. This task involved removing and replacing deteriorated concrete curbs and gutters to ensure proper drainage and enhance the overall appearance of the area.

Mill and Pave – 9,646 sq yds of Asphalt

Our team successfully milled and paved 9,646 square yards of asphalt at a depth of 4 1/2 inches. A total of 2,107 tons of asphalt was removed and replaced over the course of four days. The milling process ensured a smooth surface for new pavement, providing durability and improved functionality.

Re-Stripping Parking Lot

To finalize the project, we re-striped the entire parking lot, including the addition of new speed bumps. This ensured clear and safe traffic flow, enhancing the usability and aesthetics of the property.

Minimal Disturbance to Tenants

Recognizing the importance of minimizing disruption, the job required weekend work. Our team worked diligently on Saturdays and Sundays to complete the project efficiently, ensuring the least amount of disturbance to the tenants.
